Refund Policy

1. Overview

Configera sells digital products and usage rights (tokens, subscriptions, and software licenses). Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final. However, we want to be fair — please review the exceptions below.

2. Token Packages

Token purchases are non-refundable once tokens have been added to your account. Tokens are digital usage credits consumed upon performing platform operations.

  • Purchased tokens are non-refundable after delivery to your account
  • Tokens cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account
  • If tokens were not delivered due to a technical error, contact us for resolution

3. Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

  • No partial refunds for unused time within a billing period
  • Monthly tokens included in your plan are forfeited upon cancellation
  • You may downgrade instead of cancelling to retain basic access

4. Refund Exceptions

We will issue a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate charge: If you were charged twice for the same purchase
  • Technical failure: If the platform failed to deliver the purchased service and we cannot resolve the issue
  • Billing error: If you were charged an incorrect amount
  • Unauthorized transaction: If a purchase was made without your consent

5. Enterprise & Custom Services

Custom enterprise agreements (configurator licenses, setup fees) are governed by individual contracts. Refund terms for these services are specified in the respective agreement.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at support@configera.com with your order details
  • Include your account email, transaction ID, and reason for the request
  • We will review your request within 5 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method

7. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in account suspension.
